Venerdi 10 dicembre 2010 alle ore 16:00, presso il nuovo Hotel Calissano, Via Pola, 8 si è svolto l'incontro "VINO E RISO, SALUTE E SORRISO!, seminario didattico, con a seguire degustazioni di vini, risi e prodotti tipici. L'evento è stato organizzato dal Consorzio Alba Export Wine & Food in collaborazione con la Sevinova s.a.s. Presenti in qualità di relatori il Prof. Attilio Giacosa, gastroenterologo presso il Policlinico di Monza e la Facoltà di Medicina dell'Università di Genova; il Dott. Giorgio Manassero, Presidente Collegio Fondazione Artis Paghus di Casalbeltrame (NO) e dalle aziende vitivinicole consorziate Alba Export Wine & Food. Ha accompagato musicalmente la serata Michele Lazzarini, saxophonista, ed è stato presentato uno spettacolo "enogastronomico" dalla compagnia del Teatro delle Forme di Torino.
On Friday, December 10th 2010 at 4.00 p.m. an important event called “WINE AND RICE, health and smile” took place in Alba (CN), at the new Hotel Calissano, Via Pola, 8. This event consisted in an educational workshop followed by guided tastings of wine, rice and other typical products. The event was organised by Consorzio Alba Export Wine & Food in cooperation with Sevinovà sas. As speakers came in Professor Attilio Giacosa, gastroenterologist at Policlinic of Monza and Faculty of Medicine of Genoa University, Doctor Giorgio Manassero, President of Board of Auditors for Federexport-Confindustria in Rome. An aperitif with buffet of typical products, rice and wines followed. Rice was offered by Artis Pagus Foundation of Caselbeltrame (NO) and wines were offered by wineries of Consorzio Alba Export Wine & Food. Accompaniment by the saxophonist Michele Lazzarini; wine and food performance by the company Teatro delle Forme from Turin. .
Am Freitag, den 10. Dezember 2010, am 16.00 Uhr hat das Event “WEIN UND REIS: Gesundheit und Lächeln” in dem neuen Hotel Calissano, Via Pola, 8 in Alba (CN) stattgefunden. Es gab ein Lehrseminar und geführten Verkostungen von Weinen, Reis und typischen Produkten.
Das Event wurde von Consorzio Alba Export Wine & Food mit der Zusammenarbeit von Sevinovà sas organisiert.
Als Berichterstatter gab es Professor Attilio Giacosa, Gastroenterologe am Großkrankenhaus von Monza und in der Medizinischen Fakultät der Universität Genoa, Doktor Giorgio Manassero, Präsident des Ausschusses der Rechtenanstalt für Federexport – Confindustria in Rome.
Nach dem Seminar wurde einen Aperitif mit typischen Produkten, Reis und Weinen angeboten. Der Reis wurde von Artis Pagus Stiftung aus Caselbetrame (NO) und die Weine wurden von Weingütern von Consorzio Alba Export Wine & Food angeboten.
Begleitung vom Saxophonist, Michele Lazzarini; öno-gastronomische Vorstellung von der Schauspielertruppe Teatro delle Forme aus Turin.

All'interno della manifestazione un premio particolare: 90 bottiglie, come 90 minuti di gioco dedicati al primo portiere di calcio di serie A che subisce un gol nella prima giornata di campionato.
Treffen Prima della Vendemmia - Ein internationales Treffen, das der Welt des Weines, der Weingastronomie, der Gesundheit und der Kultur gewidmet wird. Während der Veranstaltung wird ein besonderer Preis verliehen: 90 Flaschen Wein, sowie ein 90 minütiges Fußballspiel ,das dem Tormann der Serie A gewidmet ist, der am ersten Tag der Fußballmeisterschaft ein Tor bekommt.
